Music Festivals

Here in East Devon we are lucky to be central to a whole host of music festivals from Beautiful Days only five minute's drive away, to the hard rock fest Download at Donington Park. All the festivals listed are VW camper van driveable in one day but if you fancy a festival further afield feel free to make a longer weekend of it and have an overnight stop there and back.

These are my suggestions with the dates for 2010 if confirmed:

Sidmouth Folk Festival is a week long festival of events in and around the elegant regency seaside resort of Sidmouth from 30th July to 6th August 2010 http://www.sidmouthfolkweek.co.uk/

Budleigh Festival in and around Budleigh Salterton. Many and various music and art events including the fabulous Budstock on Saturday 1st August, the rockfest in the Limekiln carpark beside the sea. 23rd July - 1st August 2009 www.budleigh-festival.org.uk

Llama Music Festival. A free volunteer run music festival in and around Lynton & Linmouth on the north Devon coast on 11th, 12th & 13th June 2010.
