How to Book Your VW Camper Van Holiday

Check our availability for your preferred dates and if the camper you'd like to hire is available:

Contact us via the website, email, telephone or booking form with your choice of VW camper van and holiday dates and we will pencil you in until we receive your completed booking form.

Once we have checked your driver details to ensure our insurance will cover you to drive a classic camper we will need your booking deposit to confirm your booking.

A booking deposit of £100.00 is required for each period of hire

We prefer payment by bank transfer and will send the account details by email after checking your driver details. We now have to pay to bank cheques but if this is your only option please make cheques payable to Devon Happy Campers. We do not accept payment by credit/debit card as this is prohibitively expensive for a small business.

We will then send you a receipt confirming your booking.

Your remaining balance will be due 6 weeks before your holiday begins.

We must be in possession of your £500 returnable security deposit, a copy of your driving licence and a recent household bill showing your current address before you can drive the camper van away.
